Extensive Service Options

State & Federal Accessibility Inspection

Receive a detailed inspection report of everything that is not compliant with your business or property. Having an inspection done now to understand what is not compliant can prevent an ADA lawsuit in the future.

1. Exterior Inspection Only

Ideal for property owners whose responsibility is maintaining the exterior of the building such as parking and accessible routes to the buildings.

2. Interior Inspection Only

Ideal for tenant space renters to ensure their store, restaurant, etc. is compliant with interior accessibility requirements.

3. Full Exterior & Interior Inspection

A full accessibility inspection package that includes all applicable exterior and interior spaces.

ADA Related Lawsuit Review

Find out if the findings in the lawsuit against your property are legitimate and accurately applicable to your business or property.

1. Basic Review of Lawsuit Findings

Find out if the claims made against your business or property are applicable based upon factors such as when the building was built.

2. Review & Inspection of Lawsuit Findings

Verify findings in the lawsuit by receiving an inspection of the property or business for the items listed in the lawsuit.  Although it is highly recommended to get a full inspection to understand what is not compliant that is not listed in the lawsuit as well.

3. Findings Review & Full Accessibility Inspection

Most Popular!

Review all findings within the lawsuit as well as provide an accessibility inspection to verify legitimacy of findings and understand what else is not compliant and not listed in the lawsuit.

This gives the greatest coverage of protection from future lawsuits.

Pre-Construction Plan Review

Get ahead of the game by having a CASp Inspector review your proposed plans to ensure proper accessibility compliance is met. Having a permit does not mean your project is compliant with state and federal accessibility requirements. Small details missed now can become big issues later on after it is built.

1. ADA Requirement Consulting

Having a CASp Inspector available throughout the planning process to answer any accessibility-related questions can keep the design process moving ahead smoothly.

2. Pre-Submittal Plan Review

A CASp review of the plans prior to submitting to various agencies can help streamline the approval process.  We will work with your architect, landscape architect, and engineers so ADA compliance won't have to be a concern later on.

3. Full Development Process Consulting

Hiring a CASp to be part of the entire design and plan development process can greatly reduce the future possibility of lawsuits by ensuring that all elements of the design and development maintain proper accessibility compliance.
